Careers in music are uncertain. We do not guarantee that any artist will receive bookings, releases, deals, income, audience growth or any other result, whether or not they work with us. Any description of an artist's releases, shows or achievements is a statement of what happened for that artist and is not a prediction of what will happen for anyone else.

4. Not a talent or booking agency

Dance Transit Authority is a personal management firm. We are not a licensed talent agency, booking agency or employment agency, and nothing on the site should be read as an offer to procure employment where a license is required. Where the law requires a licensed agent, we work alongside one.

5. No management relationship

Visiting the site, emailing us, or sending a submission does not make you our client and does not create a management, agency, fiduciary or confidential relationship. A management relationship exists only under a written agreement signed by both sides.

6. Artist information and availability

Artist details, release dates, residencies and availability shown on the site can change without notice. A date or engagement is confirmed only by a written agreement. Artist names, images, artwork and recordings are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners.

The site links to streaming services, social platforms, artist websites and other third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
